Apple Crisp


7 apples or 1 1/2 cans of apple filling

2 cubes of softened butter

2 c Sugar

2 c Flour

1 c Oats

pinch of salt

Cinnamon and Sugar


Layer 9X13 dish with apples then sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Mix rest of ingredients together and sprinkle on top of apples, then add more cinnamon and sugar. Bake @ 350 for 30 minutes or until light brown. Serve with ice cream or cool whip.


optional-drizzle caramel over the top of dessert after taken out of oven

Homemade Bread


1 c warm water

3 Tbsp Butter

3 c Better for Bread Flour

1/3 c Sugar

1 tsp Salt

2 1/2 tsp bread machine yeast

1 tsp your choice of spice (I use rosemary)


Place ingredients in your bread machine in the order above. I use the setting to mix and then 1st rise. It takes about 1 hour and 40 minutes. Then I remove from bread maker and divide into 4 sections and place in my mini loaf pampered chef pan. Bake @ 375 for 15-18 minutes or until bread is light brown.


This makes 1 large loaf or 4 mini loafs


You can also make dinner rolls or cinnamon rolls with the same recipe

Artichoke Dip


1 8 oz cube of Cream Cheese

1 C Sour Cream

1 C Mayo

1 can of Artichoke Hearts chopped up

3 Garlic Cloves

2 C Parmesan Cheese


Mix all ingredients together except 1/2 cup of cheese. Put in baking dish and top with remaining cheese. Bake @ 350 for 35-40 min.


Serve with crackers, tortilla chips, or melba toast.

Oreo Cookies


1 Box Devils Foodcake
2 Eggs
1/3 c Oil

Cream cheese frosting (I like Betty Crocker whipped the best)


Pre-heat oven to 350. Mix ingredients all together and roll into balls. Bake for 10 min or until cookies start to crack. Frost when cooled.

Chocolate Chip Cookies (with shortening)


1 c Shortening
1/2 c Sugar
1 C Brown Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
2 Eggs

Mix well then add

2 c Flour
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Soda
2 c Reese's Pieces mini baking chips

Bake @ 375 for 11 min.

7 Layer Dip


In a 10X15 dish layer ingredients in this order


2 cans of Frito lay Bean dip

4 Avocados mixed with salt and pepper and 1 titch of lemon juice

1 pint of sour cream and 1/2 c mayo with pkg of taco seasoning

1 bunch of green onions cut up using the tops

Cheese to cover entire dish

Olives

Tomatoes

S'mores


2 cubes Butter
2 c Sugar
2 Eggs
2 tsp Vanilla

Mix well, then add

2 1/2 c Flour
1 pkg Graham Crackers crunched up
1 tsp Baking Soda

You will also need 1 small jar of marshmallow creme and 2 large symphony candy bars

Split your dough in half. Spray a 10X15 pan and spread half of your dough. Break candy bar in squares and place evenly pressing firmly in dough. Put the marshmallow creme in microwave for about 45 seconds. Spread evenly across chocolate, then top with remaining dough. Bake @ 350 for 22 min.

Creamed Corn


2 lb
1 1/2 cubes Cream Cheese
1 C Whipping Cream (can use milk)
2 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
1 cube Butter

Cook in crock-pot until it bubbles

Oatmeal Spice Cookies


1 C Shortening
1 C Sugar
1 C Brown Sugar
2 Eggs
1/4 C Milk

Then Add

2 C Flour
3 C Oatmeal (not instant)
2 C semi-sweet chocolate chips or raisins if your that type
1 tsp Soda
1 tsp Salt
2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp All spice
1/2 tsp Nutmeg

Bake @ 375 for 12 min.

Chocolate Chip Cookies


2 Cubes Butter
2 Eggs
1 C Brown Sugar
3/4 C White Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
Mix well, then add
3 C Flour
1 tsp Soda
1 tsp Salt
1 bag of Chocolate Chips
Heat oven to 350 bake for 8-10 minutes.

I use the big Milk Chocolate Chips

Caramel Bugles


1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk

1 Cube Butter

1 C white Karo Syrup

3 C Brown Sugar

3 Small bags of Bugles


While stirring heat all ingredients until they come to a boil, continue to boil and stir for 3 minutes. Pour over Bugles and spread evenly.

5 Chip Cookies


2 Cubes Butter
2 Eggs
3/4 C White Sugar
2/3 C Brown Sugar
1/2 C Peanut Butter
1/2 C Nutella
1 tsp Vanilla

Mix Well, then add

2 C Flour
1 C Oatmeal
1 tsp of Soda
1 tsp salt
2/3 C of milk, semi sweet, butterscotch, peanut butter, and white chocolate chips

Bake @ 350 for 12 minutes.

Annie's Chicken


4 Chicken Breast
1 dry packet of Italian Seasoning
1/4 C Butter
1 cube Cream Cheese
2 cans Cream of Mushroom soup
2 C Rice

In crock pot add chicken, Italian seasoning, and butter. Cook until chicken is done. A 1/2 hour before you are ready to eat add cream cheese (cubed) and soup. Stir a few times to help cream cheese melt. Serve over rice.

Chocolate Sauce




1 lg can evaperated milk

2 c Sugar

3/4 c cocoa

1/4 c oil

1/4 c Butter

1 tsp vanilla




Heat milk and sugar to a rolling boil stirring constantly. While boiling stir for one minute then add cocoa and oil. Stir over heat until smooth. Remove from heat and stir in butter, vanilla, and salt.

Peanut Butter Bars


3/4 C Butter
1/2 C Sugar
1 1/4 C Brown Sugar
2 eggs
3/4 C Peanut Butter
1 tsp Vanilla
1 C Flour
2 C Oatmeal
1 tsp Soda
1 tsp Salt
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
Mix butter, sugars, eggs, vanilla, and peanut butter. Then add flour, oatmeal, soda, and salt.
Spread in large cookie sheet and bake for 22 min. or until lightly brown. When slightly cooled frost with Chocolate frosting.
Frosting
1/2 C butter softened
4 C Powdered Sugar
1/2 C Cocoa
1/4 Milk
1/2 tsp Vanilla
Mix butter and powdered sugar. Then add cocoa milk and vanilla. If it is too thick add some more milk.
