Homemade Bread

1 c warm water

3 Tbsp Butter

3 c Better for Bread Flour

1/3 c Sugar

1 tsp Salt

2 1/2 tsp bread machine yeast

1 tsp your choice of spice (I use rosemary)

Place ingredients in your bread machine in the order above. I use the setting to mix and then 1st rise. It takes about 1 hour and 40 minutes. Then I remove from bread maker and divide into 4 sections and place in my mini loaf pampered chef pan. Bake @ 375 for 15-18 minutes or until bread is light brown.

This makes 1 large loaf or 4 mini loafs

You can also make dinner rolls or cinnamon rolls with the same recipe
